Welcome to ‘A Sample Look’— a glimpse of what to expect in “Becoming the True You, MD” program. I’m proud to share what we’ve built. Our goal remains tied to our mission: cultivation of a community of female physicians creating mindset and awareness to live their true lives.
All content is available on a mobile platform (iPhone / Android) which includes access to weekly content didactics based on life-coach concepts, current research and evidence-based medicine.
To align with our mission of providing a community for female physicians, we have created an inclusive environment where female physicians are able to fully share real world experiences—the wins and the challenges—in a supportive, professional community with emphasis on collaboration. This exists in a community forum which only members have access.

This is a preview of what the password-protected True Life, MD Community Forum looks like. Participants will be given a unique login and password that is safe from social media, bound by a code of privacy.
To cultivate mindset and awareness—we encourage graceful exploration of thoughts, feelings, actions, and results. Through critical examination of mindset, we are able to objectively cultivate thoughts which shape outcomes. Krista Olsen, MD actively participates and responds with 72 hours to written coaching on the “Coach Me, Please!” portion of the forum.
