Is there weekly/monthly content associated with the coaching or is it just the weekly calls?
Weekly coaching is the focus. After each weekly session, additional content will be shared and developed with a mentoring approach along the way.
Is there ongoing (non-live) email/web coaching support?
You have 100% of me on the call. We will continue with self-coaching as part of this journey. I have a full-time position (which also brings value). At this time, offline-coaching isn’t available.
Will we interact with other members or is it mostly secret?
No secrets, here. Community is a valuable component to this learning experience. I will set-up password-protected social site for participants. Think of it as your physican-only virtual social club.
Can you talk about the platform that we will be using?
Our calls will be weekly via Zoom. Participants will be emailed the code in advance.
Is there a common goal/theme for everyone to be working on concurrently (I.e weight loss, career coaching?)
Life with a focus on three criteria: weight-loss, how a career plays into this, and all the other hats we wear.
Will there be a cap for number of participants?
The cap is a firm 20. First come, first served for registration.
When does the program begin?
January 20, 2020, 6 pm CT.
Once the 6 months starts, is it closed, or will more people be joining every month on a rolling basis?
There is no rolling basis for registration. The next session will start in 6 months on July 20, 2020.
