• 16-weeks of block sessions focusing on:
BLOCK 1
Week 1-4: Your physical body. We will develop individualized protocols for each of you in order to regain control over your weight, food chatter, alcohol consumption and move your body.
BLOCK 2
Week 5-8: Your emotional self: We will learn emotional language. How to identify and process emotions. As well as utilize cognitive behavioral therapy to cultivate emotions.
BLOCK 3
Week 9-12: Your perceived self: We will explore perfectionism, people-pleasing, imposter syndrome and self-doubt.
BLOCK 4
Week 13-16: Your future self: You will define your values in life. Develop time management techniques. Set goals and build a foundation to live your True Life!

One-on-One Mentoring
TLMD Private Mentoring includes:
Ten (10) one-on-one life coach training sessions via Zoom with Krista Olsen, MD.
Each session will last approximately one hour.
Sessions are customized to each individual’s needs and goals.
Areas of focus may include: physician burnout, personal well-being including body composition, weight management, and personal relationship development.
Must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will not be refunded.
Audio recordings, additional PDF worksheet/ resources, and official TLMD content videos provided where appropriate and recommended.
Ten (10) sessions must be used within a six-month period.
